We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 

For orders up to $50 our shipping fee is a flat $7.95

For orders of $50.01-$99.99 our shipping fee is a flat $5.00

We ship UPS Ground and USPS within the  Continental United States

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses will ship via USPS

Signature Required Service

If you require a signature upon delivery, please check out as usual and call us at 877-251-6598 to add this service to your shipment ($8.00 additional fee). You must call within 1 hour of placing your order.

 

Porch Piracy Statement:

Porch piracy is a known issue with residential deliveries and is not covered under Fed Ex's liability. Books By The Bushel is not responsible for packages that Fed Ex shows as delivered. Customers shipping to residential addresses may want to consider alternate delivery options. There are a large network of Fed Ex partners (Walgreens, Target, Walmart, Dollar General, Office Depot and more) where a shipment can be delivered as Hold For Pickup and customers can pick up safely and securely. Shipment Discrepancy Policy

Upon receipt of your books, please ensure you inspect the condition carefully. Should you find the books damaged, identify a short or over-shipment and/or suspect part of the shipment has been lost, please contact Books By The Bushel’s Customer Care Department immediately (within 72 hours) at 1-877-251-6598 or locally at 937-526-0062.

Damaged Products:

We ask that you report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 72 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can't accept responsibility for the damages

Missing Products:

Upon receipt, verify product count and reconcile with Packing Slip.  Make note of the number of boxes you received and the tracking numbers listed on the shipping label on each box. Notice of the discrepancy is required for credit and should be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours after delivery of the shipment.
